Many Things Jesus Hates with Passion
When I awoke this morning another report from the carnage of death greeted me at my breakfast table.
I’ve literally lost count of how many of my children’s generation have died from heroin, not to mention how many marriages, jobs, lives and educations have been lost or squandered to this killer drug.
This time the victim of drug sorcery was a young woman, induced to kill herself for some reason or another. She had been a heroin addict. Who knows what state of recovery she was in, or how many times she had gone through some sort of recovery program. Who knows if her parents, or husband, or kids will ever know what really caused her regrettable demise.
If drugs do anything, they sow confusion, doubt and desperation. They live inside a person’s heart and soul – undefined, lurking, and always on the approach, ever at the door of the soul at the footstep of life, its cold fingers and gnarly, murderous grip, close around the helpless addict’s neck.
Surely, it is criminal negligence on the part of our government, coupled with complacency of the public, that has allowed heroin to get away with this mass murder. Those who are supposedly watching out for the public’s life and limb are at a loss of what to do. Americans have bullied each other into making everyone believe the end-times lie which serves the sexual, carnal, monetary and political lusts. Each one combines together to make up a deadly majority that imposes confusion and death on society.
A few people know that when all is said and done, the courts and lawmakers and the enforcement divisions of our governments – local, state and national – shall bear the responsibility of this carnage brought about by drugs, of which heroin and its mates are king. The powers that be are impotent to stop it. It is the will of the people in this fantastically crazy developing democracy; driving the nails into the hearts and minds and souls of those victimized by this plague that the Bible calls sorceries, deriving from the Greek word pharmakeia. [1]
The Bible forewarned us of this world-wide plague, not only of heroin, the father of all merchants of death, but of the world-wide deception that would be brought about by the sorcery of Pharmacia. In this moment, during the last days before the appearance of the Antichrist himself and the return of Jesus Christ, the world is under siege by drugs. Only the intervention of Jesus can restore this planet and its inhabitants to both spiritual and physical livability. [2]
Make no mistake. The great merchant of death in the midst of this devilish scheme has been the sorcerer’s lie developed in the second half of the 20th Century known as Alcoholics Anonymous, that bogus cure that is no cure, that of the international AA movement.
This brew, this concoction, this fraud, has enabled the spirits of drug addiction and drug carnage to work its death by selling the fable that “once an addict always an addict.” It is the most lethal defeatist delusion going on anywhere in the world. I hate it the way a soul should hate a cold blooded murderer. This killer theology insists that the drug addict is doomed to a life of imprisonment in the dungeon of the frightened soul. But as one who hates this lie, I can tell anyone and everyone that I was a full-blown addict, once barely surviving without hope. But now I can say to you, and declare honestly to anyone, anywhere, I was once fully addicted and can now without anonymity proclaim – “My name is Terry M. Smith and I am not a drug addict, I am not an alcoholic! I am free forever – forever safe and soundly freed thanks to the power of Jesus Christ, and He alone.”
Should anyone have taught that we could never be free from the control and power of Nazi Germany, that we could not defeat them totally; or declared we could not be free from Soviet Communism, that it was impossible to defeat it, to bring it down; they would not only have been known as defeatists, they would have been considered traitors, giving aid and succor to the enemy.
Heroin and drugs, in general, have lobotomized us; we are pathologically stupid about heroin addiction; we have been forced into a corner, compelled by common decency, we now have to sell Narcan kits at our local friendly Walmart. We are now compelled to make policemen administer this life-fix drug to victims who would otherwise have overdosed. How crazy things are: the witchcraft of drugs is in charge of decency.
Teachers pushing drugs to children, doctors signing off on grass and bogus scripts, police with sirens blaring, racing to homes with needles drawn and ready to shoot, nurses with poppers for old ladies so they will behave silently and not disturb the other patients – one and all – we are becoming a nation of bagmen making our appointed rounds safely delivering the goods under the sorcerer’s spell.
The keeper of the religion is AA and its offspring of similar drug-rehab ‘denominations.’ Since the rise of the hoax of AA and its associate organizations, with their slogans and sayings of defeatism and acceptance of ‘once an addict always an addict,’ we have gradually become enablers. Society has been on the slippery slope of an abyss that bows to the world’s street corner excuses and fraudulent lies. Since we now believe no one can ever live without being addicted to their own personal ‘drug,’ we as a society are doing nobody any good; not any addict, a parent of an addict, a child, friend, husband or wife of an addict.
The deception of Pharmacia (drugs) has infiltrated homes and schools, the foundational places of all societies. It is a sign of the end just as Revelation 18:23 has foretold. Truth is, God can make us free from every sin, as well as every illicit perversion or addiction we get ourselves into. Jesus Christ can extricate us from any trap. He can set us free forever. We do not need to have some vague God hold our hand while we live in fear that we might have a relapse. Once in the clutches of deadly drugs we do not have to be a fatalist and present our neck to the axe.
Take it from one who knows. Jesus and only Jesus can set you free. He did it for me – a full-blown addict without hope. But now I can say to you and anyone – “My name is Terry M. Smith and I am not a drug addict, I am not an alcoholic! I am not an addict! Jesus has set me free forever!” I do not have to go back. It is up to me only, and no one or nothing else can do anything about it. I have been set free!
[1]Sorcery: (Eng., “pharmacy,” etc.) primarily signified “the use of medicine, drugs, spells;” then, “poisoning;” then, “sorcery,”Gal 5:20, RV, “sorcery” (AV, “witchcraft”), mentioned as one of “the works of the flesh.” See also Rev 9:21 18:23. In the Sept., Exd 7:11, 228:7,18 Isa 47:9, 12. In “sorcery,” the use of drugs, whether simple or potent, was generally accompanied by incantations and appeals to occult powers, with the provision of various charms, amulets, etc., professedly designed to keep the applicant or patient from the attention and power of demons, but actually to impress the applicant with the mysterious resources and powers of the sorcerer. – Vine’s Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words.
[2] Until then, the world will be under the spell of pharmacia, just as Revelation 18:23 foretells. “And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries (drugs) were all nations deceived.”
